Mattresses Recalled by Easy-Rest Due to Violation of Federal Mattress Flammability Standard

Hazard
The mattresses fail to meet the mandatory federal open flame standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately contact the retailer or Easy-Rest to receive a free zippered mattress liner to be placed over the foam core and under the existing mattress cover.
Sold at
Mattress and furniture stores in Ariz., Ark., Calif., Colo., Fla., Idaho, Ill., Ohio, Ore., Utah and Wash. from September 2011 through September 2012 for between $100 and $200.
