The weld connecting the legs to the seat can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact Regency for a free replacement chair.
Sold at
Global Industrial Equipment, both online and in its catalog from May 2011 to May 2012 for between $38 and $40.
