Hazard
The toy's music can reach decibel levels that exceed ASTM F963 standard, posing a hearing damage hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the toy and return it to the store where purchased for a full refund.
Sold at
Select Fred Meyer stores in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska from February to March 2013 for about $20.
