Home Depot Recalls Soleil Portable Fan Heaters Due to Fire Hazard

The portable fans plastic housing can melt, deform and catch fire during use, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fan heaters and return them to Home Depot for a full refund.
Sold at
Home Depot stores nationwide from September 2012 through May 2013 for about $15.

Home Depot has received 464 reports of the fans melting. No injuries or property damage have been reported.
