Kirkland Signature Saute Pans with Glass Lids Sold at Costco Recalled by Meyer Marketing Due to Laceration Hazard

The pan's tempered glass lid can crack, break or shatter, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pans and glass lids and return them to any Costco store for a full refund. Costco is contacting its customers directly.
Sold at
Costco Wholesale stores in the San Francisco Bay area and in the Northeast from May 2012 through October 2012 for about $35.

Injuries reported
Meyer has received 97 reports of the pan's glass lids breaking or shattering. No injuries have been reported.
