The pajama pants fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajama pants away from children, and return them to The Bailey Boys, Inc. for a full refund.

Children's boutiques nationwide from September 2012 through August 2013 for about $25.
