L&F International Trade Recalls Renovated Mattresses Due to Violation of Federal Mattress Flammability Standard
L&F International Trade, of Beltsville, Md.
Hazard
The mattresses fail to meet the mandatory federal open flame standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumer should immediately contact L&F International Trade and arrange to have the recalled mattress sets returned and have a compliant rebuilt mattress or mattress set delivered free of charge.
Sold at
Best Buy Furniture, Takoma Park, Md.; Capital Discount, Washington, D.C.; Carolina Furniture, Hyattsville, Md.; Easy Buy Furniture, Washington, D.C. and Value Furniture, Bladensburg, Md. from November 2011 through July 2012 for about $100.
