RMP Athletic Locker Recalls Boys' Hooded Jackets; Drawstrings Pose Strangulation Hazard

Hazard

The jackets have a drawstring around the neck area which poses a strangulation hazard to children. Drawstrings can become entangled or caught on playground slides, hand rails, school- bus doors or other moving objects, posing a significant strangulation and/or entanglement hazard to children.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring from the garment to eliminate the hazard or return the garment to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Sold at
Sport Chalet stores in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah from August 2013 to October 2013 for about $112.
