Philips Lighting Recalls Lightolier Glass Lenses Due to Laceration Hazard

Hazard
The decorative glass lens can shatter and result in falling pieces of glass, posing a risk of laceration to the consumer.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately remove the recalled glass lens and contact Philips Lighting for a free replacement unit.
Sold at
Electrical wholesale distributors nationwide from February 2007 through December 2013 for between $25 and $50.

Philips has received one report of the glass lens breaking. No injuries have been reported.
