PetSmart Recalls Top Fin Plastic Aquarium Heaters Due to Electrical Shock Hazard

Hazard
The heaters are insufficiently grounded, posing a risk of electrical shock to the consumer.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the heater, unplug it, remove it from the aquarium and return it to any PetSmart store for a full refund.
Sold at
PetSmart stores nationwide from March 2014 to April 2014 for between $27 and $37.
