Salsa Cycles Recalls Bicycle Forks Due to Risk of Fall Hazard
Salsa Cycles, a wholly-owned brand of Quality Bicycle Products Inc., of Bloomington, Minn.
Hazard
The bicycle fork can bend or break, posing a fall hazard to the rider.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using bicycles equipped with the recalled Salsa Bearpaw forks and contact a Salsa dealer for a free inspection and replacement fork.
Sold at
Bicycle stores nationwide and online at various websites from September 2013 through November 2014 for about $250 separately and for between $1,850 and $4,400 for the bicycles.
