Wire-edged ribbon used in the blanket's ribbon tags can become exposed, posing a laceration hazard to children.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using these Sensory Grab Garb blankets and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund or a replacement blanket.
Sold at
Various children's specialty stores in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Pennsylvania from July 2014 through March 2015 for about $10.
