Branded LLC Recalls Kaleidoscope Toy Due to Choking, Laceration Hazards; Offered Exclusively at H-E-B Stores in Texas
Branded LLC, of Sammamish, Wash.
Hazard
The end caps of the kaleidoscope can be removed and expose small parts that can come loose and pose a choking hazard to small children and internal components that pose a risk of laceration.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled kaleidoscopes, take them from children and return the kaleidoscopes to an H-E-B store for a refund of purchase points that can be used for another item.
Sold at
H-E-B and H-E-B Plus stores in Texas from April 1, 2015 to April 3, 2015 as a prize for accumulated purchase points.
