Electrolux Recalls Kenmore Elite Ranges Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Sold Exclusively at Sears
Electrolux Home Products Inc., of Charlotte, N.C.
Hazard
The burner flame can go out while the gas is turned on. This can allow gas to escape and poses fire and burn hazards.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the ranges and contact Sears for a free inspection and free repair.
Sold at
Sears stores nationwide from June 2014 through October 2014 for between $3,200 and $3,700.
