Manhattan Group Recalls Children’s Elephant Activity Toys Due to Choking Hazard

Hazard
The wooden ring can break into small pieces, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the toy away from young children and return the toy to where it was purchased for a full refund.

Specialty toy and baby stores nationwide, and online at www.manhattantoy.com from February 2014 through May 2015 for about $10

About 3,400 in the U.S. (in addition, 100 were sold in Canada)
Injuries reported
Manhattan Group has received one report of the wooden ring breaking. No injuries have been reported.
