Kona Recalls Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard
Kona Bicycle Company, of Ferndale, Wash.
Hazard
The bicycle fork can crack or break, posing a fall hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact Kona or an authorized Kona dealer for a free replacement and installation of the bicycle fork.
Sold at
Authorized Kona dealers nationwide from September 2013 through July 2014 for about $1,700.

Kona has received one report of the bicycle fork breaking at the junction of the crown. No injuries have been reported.
