Hazard
The chair can tip over when leaning back, posing a fall hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled office chair and contact Staples for a free replacement base.
Sold at
Staples stores nationwide and online at Staples.com and Quill.com from January 2014 through January 2016 for about $215.
