Hollander Sleep Products LLC, of Boca Raton, Fla.
Hazard
The mattress pads fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses and mattress pads, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the mattress pads and contact Hollander Sleep Products for postage paid shipping label and instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
Sold at
Bed, Bath & Beyond stores nationwide and online at www.bedbathandbeyond.com from August 2015 through January 2016 for between $110 and $170.
