Hollander Sleep Products, style number 266BB and the manufacture date are printed on a label on a side of the mattress pad.

Hazard

The mattress pads fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses and mattress pads, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using the mattress pads and contact Hollander Sleep Products for postage paid shipping label and instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
