Brown Jordan Services Recalls Swivel Patio Chairs Due to Fall Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Home Depot

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and contact Brown Jordan Services for a free repair kit.
Sold at
Home Depot nationwide and online at homedepot.com from October 2012 through January 2015 for about $200 for a set of two chairs to $550 for a 7-piece patio set.

About 265,000 (in addition about 16,000 were sold in Canada)
Injuries reported
The firm has received 410 reports of the swivel chairs breaking, including 16 reports of injuries, primarily bruises and abrasions resulting from falls.
