RH antler chandeliers (48" and 60" sizes) can fall from vaulted or sloped ceilings if the mounting hardware breaks. This happens when the chandelier is installed at an angle rather than level. RH has received four reports of chandeliers detaching, though no injuries have been reported yet.
- Check if you own a 48" or 60" RH Natural Antler Chandelier installed on a vaulted or sloped ceiling (manufactured September 2021–October 2024).
- Keep people and pets away from the area directly below the chandelier.
- Contact RH at 1-855-RH-HELP (1-855-744-3357) or visit rh.com to schedule a free repair.
- RH will send a technician to replace the canopy hardware at no cost.

Hazard
If the chandelier is hung at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or a sloped beam, the chandelier's canopy hardware can break, causing the chandelier to detach and fall from the ceiling, posing an impact hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should keep clear of the area directly beneath the chandelier hung on a vaulted ceiling or sloped beam and contact RH to schedule a free in-home repair. A technician will replace the canopy hardware of 48" and 60" chandeliers installed on a vaulted ceiling or sloped beam.
