Isla Rae magnetic wireless chargers recalled for explosion and fire hazard
Stop using Isla Rae wireless chargers
Isla Rae magnetic wireless chargers can overheat and explode during use, creating a fire and burn risk. About 13,200 units were sold at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls stores between June 2024 and November 2025. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Stop using the charger immediately.
- Register for a full refund at https://www.recallrtr.com/powerbank.
- Do not throw the charger in household trash or curbside recycling—take it to your local household hazardous waste collection center. Call ahead to confirm they accept lithium-ion batteries.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled magnetic wireless chargers and go to https://www.recallrtr.com/powerbank to register for the recall and for instructions on how to receive a full refund. After registering, consumers should dispose of the power bank in accordance with local and state regulations and not discard it in the household trash.
