Angry Orange Enzyme Stain Remover products may contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, which can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems, lung conditions, or external medical devices. The bacteria can enter the body through inhalation, eyes, or breaks in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are typically not at risk.
- Stop using the product immediately if you have a weakened immune system, lung condition, or medical device.
- Take a photo of the bottle with "recalled" and your initials written on it in marker.
- Email the photo to productrecall@angryorange.com to receive a full refund.
- Throw away the product in its original container with household trash—do not empty it first or recycle the bottle.
Product photos
The recalled products can contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems, external medical devices, or underlying lung conditions who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by bacteria.
