Mikario Trading 5-in-1 baby gyms recalled for suffocation hazard
Stop using Mikario Trading baby gyms immediately
Mikario Trading's 5-in-1 convertible baby gyms can obstruct an infant's breathing because the floor mat violates safety standards for infant cushions. The pink gyms, sold on TikTok Shop, convert from an activity center to a tummy-time mat and include a toy bar and plush toys. About 500 units were sold between May and October 2025.
- Stop using the baby gym immediately
- Contact Mikario Trading at mikariorecall@gmail.com for a full refund
- Remove the toy bar and cut the cushion in half before contacting the company
