Stop using Mikario Trading baby gyms immediately

Mikario Trading's 5-in-1 convertible baby gyms can obstruct an infant's breathing because the floor mat violates safety standards for infant cushions. The pink gyms, sold on TikTok Shop, convert from an activity center to a tummy-time mat and include a toy bar and plush toys. About 500 units were sold between May and October 2025.

  • Stop using the baby gym immediately
  • Contact Mikario Trading at mikariorecall@gmail.com for a full refund
  • Remove the toy bar and cut the cushion in half before contacting the company
  • Send a photo of the destroyed gym to the email address for your refund

Hazard

The recalled baby gyms violate the mandatory safety standard for infant support cushions because the floor mats can obstruct an infant's breathing, posing a serious risk of injury or deadly suffocation hazard.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the baby gyms and contact Mikario Trading for a full refund. Consumers should remove the toy bar, cut the cushion in half and send a photo of the destroyed gyms to mikariorecall@gmail.com.
