Stop using Gazelle Urban Arrow e-bikes
The buckle on the cargo area bench of these e-bikes can fail to fully latch, which could allow children to fall or shift unsafely during riding. Gazelle USA has received three reports of buckles not latching properly, though no injuries have been reported yet.
- Stop using the e-bike immediately if you have children in the cargo area
- Contact Gazelle USA to schedule a free repair at an authorized dealership
- A technician will replace the buckle and repair the bench assembly

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the e-bikes and contact Gazelle USA to arrange for a free repair of the bench assembly in the cargo area of the e-bike. The repair will include a replacement buckle and will be done at a dealership location.
