Stop using Semfri children's helmets
Semfri children's helmets sold online do not meet mandatory safety standards for bicycle helmets. They may fail to protect a child's head in a crash, creating a serious risk of injury. About 300 medium-sized helmets in various colors were sold through Walmart.com between June and November 2025.
- Stop using the helmet immediately
- Cut the straps and destroy the helmet
- Take a photo of the destroyed helmet and email it to Semfri_recall@163.com
- Contact Semfri for a full refund

The recalled helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets because the helmets do not comply with the impact attenuation, positional stability, labeling and certification requirements. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a serious risk of injury or death due to head injury.
