CheerKid baby bath seats recalled for tipping hazard and drowning risk
Stop using CheerKid baby bath seats immediately
CheerKid-branded baby bath seats (Model BH-222) can tip over during use because they are unstable, creating a serious risk of drowning. The seats do not meet safety standards for infant bath seats. About 590 units were sold on Amazon starting in September 2025.
- Stop using the recalled bath seat immediately.
- Write "Recalled" on the front in permanent marker.
- Disassemble it by removing the back rest and arm restraints, and discard the screws.
- Cut off all five suction cups on the bottom.
- Email a photo of the disassembled seat to CheerKid-Recall@outlook.com to receive a full refund.

The recalled bath seats violate the mandatory standard for infant bath seats because they are unstable and can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to drowning.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bath seats and contact Babibaby for a full refund. Consumers should write "Recalled" on the front of the bath seat in permanent marker, disassemble the bath seat by removing the back rest and arm restraints, discard the screws, cut the five suction cups on the bottom and send a photo of the disassembled recalled bath seat showing the marked front of the seat to CheerKid-Recall@outlook.com.
