MPINOI adult portable bed rails recalled for entrapment and asphyxiation risk
Stop using MPINOI bed rails immediately
MPINOI brand adult portable bed rails can trap users between the rail and mattress, creating a serious risk of injury or death by asphyxiation. The rails also lack required warning labels. About 200 units were sold on Amazon between December 2025 and February 2026.
- Stop using the recalled bed rails right away.
- Cut the black safety strap in half and write "RECALLED" on the upper and lower rails with permanent marker.
- Take a photo of the destroyed rails and email it to MPINOIproductrecall@outlook.com for your refund.
- Contact Bioenrrty if you have questions about the refund process.

The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails because users can become entrapped within the bed rail, or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. In addition, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels.
