Vitaquest International iron supplements recalled for missing child-resistant packaging
Stop using Vitaquest iron supplements immediately
Vitaquest International is recalling multiple iron-containing dietary supplements sold under brands including Arey, Bari Life, Bird&Be, Biote, Dr. Fuhrman, NuLife, HMR, Bariatric Pal, Noevir, Zenbean, and Sakara. The packaging does not meet federal child-resistant requirements, creating a serious poisoning risk if young children swallow the contents.
- Store all affected supplements immediately out of sight and reach of children.
- Contact Vitaquest International for a free child-resistant replacement cap or storage pouch.
- Check your purchase receipts and medicine cabinet against the recall list of product names, lot codes, and UPC numbers on the CPSC website.
