Stop using SCUBAPRO Monorail Weight Pocket
The D-ring handle on SCUBAPRO Monorail Weight Pockets can detach during diving. If this happens, you won't be able to remove the weight pocket in an emergency to surface safely, creating a serious drowning risk. The company has received two reports of handles detaching, though no injuries have occurred yet.

- Get a free repair at a local authorized SCUBAPRO dealer, or use the prepaid shipping label to mail it in for free repair and return shipping

The D-ring handle that is used to unlock the weight pocket from the Buoyancy Compensator Device (BCD) can detach during use. If this happens, the user will not be able to remove the weight pocket in an emergency, in order to rise to the surface, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a drowning hazard.
