Zoliquex adult portable bed rails recalled for entrapment and asphyxiation hazard
Stop using Zoliquex bed rails immediately
Zoliquex portable bed rails can trap users between the rail and mattress, creating a serious risk of injury or death by asphyxiation. The rails also lack required warning labels. About 16,000 units were sold on Amazon between August 2023 and February 2026.
- Stop using the recalled bed rails immediately.
- Cut the black safety strap in half and mark both rails with "RECALLED" using a permanent marker.
- Take a photo of the marked rails with your name on a piece of paper and email it to ZEXnaturemedical@outlook.com.
- Contact Zoliquex for a full refund.

The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails because users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. In addition, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels.
