LiKee Pull String teething toys have silicone strings that are longer and smaller than safety standards allow. The strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, causing choking or difficulty breathing. The company has received ten reports of children experiencing respiratory distress or choking from these toys.
- Stop letting your child use this toy immediately and remove it from their reach.
- Contact ChilanTech at likee-teether-recall@outlook.com or through Amazon for a free replacement toy of equal or greater value.
- Follow their instructions to destroy the toy by cutting off the silicone strings and marking the main body with "Recalled" in permanent marker, then send a photo of the destroyed product.
- Dispose of the destroyed toy in your trash.
