These white plastic drain covers do not meet federal safety standards required by the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act. They lack required safety markings, warnings about service life, and installation instructions, creating a risk of entrapment and drowning.
- Stop using pools with this drain cover immediately.
- Remove the cover and make it unusable.
- Mark it "Recalled" in permanent marker and photograph it.
