CVS Health hemorrhoidal wipes recalled for child poisoning risk
CVS Health Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes contain lidocaine and are required to have child-resistant packaging by federal law, but this product does not. Young children could open the wipes and ingest the contents, causing serious injury or death. No injuries have been reported.
- Move the wipes out of sight and reach of children immediately.
- Return unopened packets with the original box to any CVS store for a full refund.
