PIXLABBY magnetic fidget sliders recalled for magnet ingestion risk

These colorful silicone fidget sliders contain loose high-powered magnets that can be removed and swallowed. When multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other inside the digestive system, causing serious injury including intestinal perforation, blockage, and blood poisoning. A child has already been hospitalized after ingesting magnets from one of these sliders.

  • Take the fidget sliders away from children immediately and do not let them use them.
  • Contact PIXLABBY at ah1998zxc@gmail.com for a full refund.
  • Throw away the sliders safely and submit a photo of the disposed product to receive your refund.
  • Seek medical attention if a child has swallowed magnets from this product.

Hazard

The magnetic fidget sliders violate the mandatory standard for toys because they can liberate loose high-powered magnets posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.

Consumers should take the fidget sliders away from children, stop using them immediately and contact PIXLABBY for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to throw away the fidget sliders and submit a photo of the disposed toys to ah1998zxc@gmail.com to receive a refund.
