Zimtown gas and fuel cans recalled for child burn hazard
Zimtown 5-gallon portable gas cans sold online have closures that are not child-resistant, violating federal safety standards. Children could open the cans and spill fuel, risking serious burns and poisoning.
- Stop using the gas and fuel containers immediately.
- Disassemble the spout, cut it into pieces with scissors, and dispose of it separately.
- Write "RECALLED" on the container.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using the gas and fuel containers immediately and contact Fastbuy for a full refund. Consumers should disassemble the spout, cut it into pieces with scissors and dispose of it separately from the container. Consumers will be asked to write "RECALLED" on the container and submit photos of the product to ZimtownFuelCanrecall@outlook.com separately.
