Mystic ZO LED tea lights recalled for battery ingestion risk
These small LED tea lights contain button-cell batteries that children can easily access and swallow. Swallowed button batteries can cause serious internal injuries, chemical burns, and death. The product also lacks required safety warnings.
- Stop using the recalled tea lights immediately.

The LED Tea Lights violate the mandatory safety standard for consumer products with button cell and coin batteries because the button batteries can be accessed easily by children, posing an ingestion hazard. Additionally, the packaging and product do not have the warnings required under?Reese's Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death.
