FIRENationwide distributionConsumer goods

What this means

Certain dual fuel ranges manufactured between March 2025 and July 2026 may be missing a cap on the gas test port. This missing cap can allow gas to leak, creating a risk of fire or explosion. No injuries have been reported so far.

  • Check if your range is an AGA Elise, Mercury Series, or La Cornue CornuFé model in 36–48 inch width, made between March 2025 and July 2026.
  • Find the serial number on the rating plate under the storage drawer.
  • Visit www.agarangeusa.com or www.lacornueusa.com to verify if your unit is affected.
  • Contact an authorized AGA or La Cornue dealer to have the gas test port cap repaired at no cost.
