Check Philips Patient Information Center iX settings
Philips released a software update (version 4.5.0) for the Patient Information Center iX that changes how mobile event notifications are filtered. The system makes these changes without alerting users, so staff may not realize their notification settings have been altered.
- Review your mobile event notification filter settings after any system updates
- Contact Philips support if you notice unexpected changes to notification behavior
- Check with your clinical engineering or IT team about any recent software patches
Hazard
A recent software (SW) patch modifies Mobile Event Notification filter settings without providing any indication to the user when upgrading the system.
