The touchscreen on certain Zimmer A.T.S. 3200TS tourniquet systems may freeze or stop responding when the device is set to operate in certain non-English languages. This could delay surgery while staff locate an alternate device. The issue affects systems running software version 2.06 or earlier.

  • If your facility uses an A.T.S. 3200TS tourniquet, check the software version on your device(s)
  • Contact Zimmer Surgical Inc. for a software update if your version is 2.06 or prior
  • Until updated, avoid using non-English language settings on affected devices
