During production of the Sarns Antegrade Cardioplegia Cannula, Terumo Cardiovascular Systems (Terumo CVS) identified the presence of a foreign substance on the inner surface of some cannulae tips. Terumo CVS' preliminary investigation found that the substance can be dislodged from the cannula surface.
