Medline Centurion kits recalled for tubing crack risk
Medline Industries' Centurion convenience kits—used for central line, dialysis, and port dressing changes—contain a recalled batch of Mastisol Liquid Adhesive with defective tubing. The tubing may crack when squeezed, making the adhesive unusable for patient care.
- Check your kit's lot number against the recall notice (lots: 2025102090, 2025102290, 2025102290, 2025111490, 2025110590).
- Do not use affected kits for patient dressing changes.
- Contact your Medline distributor or Medline directly for replacement kits.
Hazard
Kits contain recalled lot of Ferndale Laboratories MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive. Butyrate tubing may crack during actuation and render product unusable for application.
