Novo Nordisk discovered hair in some prefilled Wegovy injection pens. This affects specific lot numbers manufactured in Denmark. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your Wegovy pen for lot number RZFHD52 or RZFHW93 (expiration 10/31/2026)
- Do not use affected pens
- Contact your pharmacy or doctor for a replacement
