ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray Extra Strength has been found to contain yeast, mold, and a bacterium called Achromobacter. The contamination affects all batches still within their expiration date sold nationwide. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Stop using ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray Extra Strength immediately
- Do not use the spray in your nose or on anyone else
- Dispose of the bottle safely
- Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you have used this product and have concerns
