- Check if you have estradiol pellets from Asteria Health with lot numbers 253000117, 253000129, 253000130, 253000154, 253000155, 253000160
- Do not use pellets from the affected lots
- Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacist for a replacement or alternative treatment
- Return unused pellets to your pharmacy
