Stop using Asteria Health testosterone pellets

Asteria Health testosterone pellets (200 mg) may contain metal particulate matter due to a manufacturing issue. The FDA has classified this as a Class II recall affecting multiple lot numbers distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported to date.

  • Stop using any Asteria Health testosterone pellets with lot numbers 251000127–251000180 (see lot numbers above).
  • Contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately if you have already received an injection from an affected lot.
  • Do not use or discard pellets on your own; return them to your pharmacy or healthcare provider for proper handling.
  • Check the lot number and expiration date on your medication bottle or packaging to confirm whether it is affected.
