Medi-First Antiseptic Wipes containing benzalkonium chloride were manufactured with deviations from FDA manufacturing standards. The affected wipes were distributed nationwide and may not meet quality and safety standards.

  • Check if you have Medi-First Antiseptic Wipes with lot numbers MN15922, MN31022, or MN27223
  • Stop using affected wipes immediately
  • Dispose of the product safely
  • Contact Medique Products or your pharmacist with questions
