New Life Pharma is recalling Nomida semaglutide 2 mg injection vials because the sterility of the product cannot be assured. The affected vials may not be safe to use. This recall affects a limited quantity distributed in Ohio.
- Stop using the recalled semaglutide vials immediately
- Check if you have lot 240903 (expiration 9/30/2026)
- Contact your pharmacy or doctor for a replacement or alternative medication
- Do not inject any doses from affected vials
