HydroPeptide Clear Alliance Serum (2.5% benzoyl peroxide) contains benzene, a harmful chemical not intended in the product. The affected bottles are 1 FL OZ and 2 FL OZ sizes with lot numbers 2518800 and 2518900. No injuries have been reported, but the FDA has issued a recall due to potential health risks from benzene exposure.
- Stop using HydroPeptide Clear Alliance Serum immediately
- Check if you own lot #2518800 (expires 4/30/2027) or lot #2518900 (expires 4/1/2027)
- Dispose of the product safely or return it to the retailer
