Payless Compounders is recalling a compounded semaglutide injection due to lack of assurance of sterility. The affected product is a 0.5 mL vial from lot 01-27-2026@14S.5 distributed in Oregon. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Stop using this product immediately if you have it
- Contact your pharmacy or healthcare provider with the lot number
- Do not use remaining doses from the affected lot
- Ask your provider about alternative treatment options
