Oasis Tears PF eye drops recalled for sterility assurance issue

Oasis Medical is recalling specific lots of Oasis Tears PF preservative-free eye drops because the FDA found concerns about sterility assurance during an inspection. No injuries have been reported, but the company is recalling the product out of caution.

  • Check if you have Lot #1V59 (expires 05/31/26) or Lot #3V12 or #3V69 (expires 08/31/26). The lot number is on the bottle.
  • Stop using the product if you have an affected lot.
  • Contact Oasis Medical or your healthcare provider with questions.

Lack of Assurance of Sterility: The recall is being initiated out of an abundance of caution following FDA observations noted during a recent inspection of Excelvision.
